Who are the Team Leaders

Team Leaders either oversee a community or manage a ministry. Those who oversee a community are called Overseers while those who manage a ministry are called Ministry Heads. They fulfill this ministry through their IMPACT (i.e., Integrated Ministry Planning and Coordinating Team) which is composed of Supervisors. Together, they offer spiritual direction, clarify goals, and ensure alignment with RLCC’s Vision Frame.
Team Leaders report to a Junior Pastor 1 for supervision, mentoring, and coaching.
