What are Circle Leaders

Cirle Leaders lead different kinds of Circle Groups (e.g. LIFE Groups, TASK Groups, SHARE Groups, and HELP Groups)—which are either relational or task oriented small groups composed of five to eight members or ministry workers.
Their role is to create a safe, Spirit-filled environment where people can learn the Gospel, practice godly H.A.B.I.T.S., build Christ-centered relationships, and serve the Lord together.
They guide spiritual conversations, model authentic faith, walk with others toward spiritual maturity, and help each one serve the Lord faithfully and fruitfully. They help their members or ministry workers complete their training projects.
Circle Leaders report to a Supervisor for accountability, mentoring, and coaching.
