A Timothy Accountabillity Group or TAG is a small group composed of two people (or three at the most) of the same gender, who agree to...
  1. Meet together as often as they can according to their available schedule (i.e. no required frequency or schedule)
  2. Eat, share, and pray for each other, or...
  3. Study a Course or attend a Class together (Note: This is optional for Basic TAGs but not for LEAD TAGs. See below)
  4. Hold each other accountable
  5. Invite another friend or relative to join the group as the Spirit leads. Once a TAG reaches four members, they need to multiply. If they don't multiply, they must transition into a new kind of group called a Circle. (Click here to know more about it). Note: A couple is counted as one member in a TAG, not two.
A TAG is the beginning of all kinds of groups in Real Life Christian Communities because it contains the basic DNA of our church, which are as follows:
  • Discipleship
  • Nurturing Relationships
  • Apostolic Mission
There are two kinds of TAGs in RLCC:
  • Basic TAG - For caring, building up one another, and mobilizing people for works of ministry.
  • LEAD TAG - For developing potential leaders in the church
A Basic TAG has the option to study the following Basic Track Courses in succession...
  1. Real Life Bible Study (RLBS)
  2. Vision Seminar
  3. Real Life Journey (RLJ)
  4. The MP4 Strategy
However, a Basic TAG can also study any Course or attend any Class together, if that's what they want. Click here for available Courses or Classes to choose from.

But again, this is optional. When a Basic TAG meets, they can just share whatever it is that they are learning from the Lord. They are free to choose.

Note: A LEAD TAG is required to go through the Basic Track Courses in succession . After that, they need to go through the appropriate Leaders in Training Course or attend a Leaders in Training Class together. If you want to develop a leader, you need to start a LEAD TAG.
