A Timothy Accountabillity Group or TAG is a small group composed of two people (or three at the most) of the same gender, who agree to...
But again, this is optional. When a Basic TAG meets, they can just share whatever it is that they are learning from the Lord. They are free to choose.
Note: A LEAD TAG is required to go through the Basic Track Courses in succession . After that, they need to go through the appropriate Leaders in Training Course or attend a Leaders in Training Class together. If you want to develop a leader, you need to start a LEAD TAG.
- Meet together as often as they can according to their available schedule (i.e. no required frequency or schedule)
- Eat, share, and pray for each other, or...
- Study a Course or attend a Class together (Note: This is optional for Basic TAGs but not for LEAD TAGs. See below)
- Hold each other accountable
- Invite another friend or relative to join the group as the Spirit leads. Once a TAG reaches four members, they need to multiply. If they don't multiply, they must transition into a new kind of group called a Circle. (Click here to know more about it). Note: A couple is counted as one member in a TAG, not two.

- Basic TAG - For caring, building up one another, and mobilizing people for works of ministry.
- LEAD TAG - For developing potential leaders in the church
