The LEAD System is designed to raise up spiritual leaders who can shepherd people, lead ministries, and fulfill the Vision Frame of RLCC. Through progressive leadership levels, training projects, mentoring, and practical service, leaders grow in Christlike character, skill, and calling over time.
We believe that leadership development is relational, practical, and spiritual. Leaders are not just trained—they are formed through experience, reflection, and community. Every leader grows through intentional mentoring, real-life ministry, and ongoing feedback.
The LEAD System is designed to empower bi-vocational leaders. Each level is structured with flexible and sustainable time expectations for each week based on a leader’s life stage and capacity:
- Level 1 – Lay Leaders: minimum of 3 to 5 hours per week
- Level 2 – Interns: minimum of 5 to 7 hours per week
- Level 3 – Junior Pastors 1: minimum of 7 to 9 hours per week
- Level 4 – Junior Pastors 2: minimum of 9 to 11 hours per week
- Level 5 – Assistant Pastors: minimum of 11 to 13 hours per week
- Level 6 – Associate Pastors: minimum of 13 to 15 hours per week
- Level 7 – Congregational Pastors: minimum of 15 to 17 hours per week
