Where can you serve in ministry in RLCC

Everyone is called by God to serve Him as His representative in the world. As you grow in your faith together with others, we want you to consider serving the Lord according to your gifts, talents, and situations in life. There are three ministry areas where you can serve.1. REACH ✝️REACH stands for "Reaching Everyone And Converting Hearts". Here we implement our three strategic ministries called GO, BRING, and JOIN to reach more people for Christ.2. CORE 🌱CORE stands for "Creating Ongoing Renewal Environments". Here we implement our three strategic ministries called CARE, BUILD, and MOBILIZE to help our members grow, mature, and serve the Lord. It includes five renewal environments:

• Congregations 🏛️ (worship services, special occasions, etc.)
• Communities 🏘️ (various fellowships based on age, gender, affinity, or location)
• Circles (e.g. Simple Churches, LIFE Groups, TASK Groups, HELP Groups, SHARE Groups, or Timothy Accountability Groups) 🤝
• Classes (courses for various learning) 📚
• Companionships (one on one coaching, mentoring, and spiritual direction)

3. LEAD 🚀LEAD stands for "Leadership Empowerment And Development". Here we implement three strategic ministries called SPOT, TRAIN, and ASSIGN/SEND to help develop spiritual leaders for various organizational roles.
