Junior Pastors 2 recruit, train, and deploy Team Leaders (either Overseers or Ministry Heads). They recruit them from among faithful and fruitful Supervisors and train them using the Training Projects provided. Once trained, they entrust these Team Leaders to a Junior Pastor 1.
Junior Pastors 2 report to Assistant Pastors for supervision, mentoring, and coaching.
