Junior Pastors 1 recruit, train, and deploy Supervisors. They recruit them from among faithful and fruitful Circle Leaders and then train them using the Training Projects provided. Once trained, they entrust these Supervisors to their Team Leader.
Junior Pastors 1 report to a Junior Pastor 2 for supervision, mentoring, and coaching.
