Who are the Interns

Interns recruit, train, and deploy Circle Leaders. They recruit them from among faithful and fruitful Ministry Workers who are ready to be trained. They train these leaders using the Training Projects provided. Once trained, they entrust these Circle Leaders to a Supervisor for deployment.

Interns report to a Junior Pastor 1 for supervision, mentoring, and coaching.
