Who are the Associate Pastors

Associate Pastors recruit, train, and deploy Junior Pastors 1 and 2. They recruit them from among faithful and fruitful Interns and train them using the Training Projects provided. Once trained, they assign these Junior Pastors to help Supervisors and Team Leaders (IMPACT) to succeed in either Overseeing their Communities or Managing their Ministries.
Associate Pastors report to the Congregational Pastor for supervision, mentoring, and coaching.
