Assistant Pastors recruit, train, and deploy Interns. They recruit them from among faithful and fruitful Team Leaders and train them using the Training Projects provided. Once trained, they entrust these Interns to a Junior Pastor 1.
Assistant Pastors report to an Associate Pastor for supervision, mentoring, and coaching.
