What happens in the Preparation Stage?

During the Preparation Stage, Light Bearers will GO to the Lost. The word GO means, 1) Generate Connections, and 2) Offer God's Love. In other words, Light Bearers will generate contacts and connections with people through normal activities like going to work or school, engaging with visitors during Sunday Worship, creating intentional events or activities to invite new people, etc. A contact becomes a connection if the person is more than just a name. Normally, Light Bearers will ask for contact details. But the goal is to make meaningful connections with them by showing them God’s love in concrete and tangible ways. Light Bearers will pray for new contacts or connections, or assist them in practical ways. For example, Light Bearers may visit them if they are sick or hospitalized. The key is to establish meaningful relationships with them. The Light Bearers will create a HIT List.
