A: A LIFE Group can be formed if there is a Core Team of three people willing to lead it and at least three members. A Core Team can be composed of one Facilitator, one Coordinator, and at least one Active Worker. An Active Worker can be a Light bearer, a Frontliner,
a Bridge Builder, or a Buddy Builder. Now, ideally, a Core Team of six people would
be far better: 1) a Facilitator, 2) a Coordinator, 3) a Light bearer, 4) a
Frontliner, 5) a Bridge Builder, and 6) a Buddy Builder plus four members. This group can easily start a Simple Church and then eventually develop a Christian Community by the grace of God.
