The overall leadership team of RLCC who is responsible for defining,
guarding, and implementing the Vision Frame, Values, and Beliefs of RLCC is
called the Spiritual Leadership Team or SLT. The SLT is composed of key pastors
and lay leaders led by the Senior Pastor.
