The Pastoral Team needs to SHEPHERD to accomplish the Vision Frame of RLCC. This includes the following:
- See Jesus' vision for RLCC.
- Hold sacred rhythms for RLCC.
- Equip and encourage RLCC.
- Pray with and for RLCC.
- Harmonize relationships within RLCC.
- Enlist and empower leaders for RLCC.
- Reach the lost and the unengaged through RLCC
- Design the structure and systems in RLCC.
