Our Measures of Success

We know we’re succeeding when people in RLCC are experiencing real life in Christ together with others. To measure this, we evaluate how many 1) Put their trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, 2) Practice personal soul care, 3) Pursue loving and life-giving relationships, 4) Participate in ministry together with others, 5) Proclaim the gospel in word and deed, 6) Produce faithful and fruitful disciples, 7) Provide spiritual companionship or direction to others, 8) Present less-anxious leadership at home and in the church, and 9) Plant new simple churches.
