How are emerging leaders trained?

Emerging leaders are trained through the following steps: 1) Teach them about spiritual formation principles and practices, 2) Require them to be in a LEAD Group (Leadership Empowerment and Development Group), 3) Assign them to leadership roles and responsibilities, 4) Identify their passions, skills, and spiritual gifts, 5) Nurture their growth and maturity through spiritual direction.
